How can I schedule a cleaning appointment with your company?
Scheduling a cleaning is easy! You can book an appointment by calling us, sending a message through our website, or reaching out via social media. We’ll confirm your preferred date and time and answer any questions you may have.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide access instructions so we can clean while they’re away. Your privacy and security are very important to us, and our team is trained to work professionally and respectfully in your space
Are your cleaners insured and trained?
Absolutely. All of our team members are fully trained, background-checked, and insured to ensure your home is in safe hands
Cancellation Policy
At Miracle Mop , we understand that life happens and plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. • If this is your first cancellation, we’re happy to waive the fee as a courtesy. • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will apply. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: The 50% service price will be charged.
We value our cleaners’ time and schedule, and these policies help us ensure fair compensation for their reserved time.
