At Miracle Mop , we understand that life happens and plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.
• If this is your first cancellation, we’re happy to waive the fee as a courtesy.
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will apply.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: The 50% service price will be charged.

We value our cleaners’ time and schedule, and these policies help us ensure fair compensation for their reserved time.
